It's finally here... berry season... MMMMMMM!
I got a gallon of fresh, local strawberries.
I made wonderful homemade freezer jam and we have already enjoyed it on toast and I think we will put on pancakes and well the options are unlimited! This year, I will experiment with different flavors. I love being in control.... Hahahahaha!
This is the jar we have already gone through... it tastes heavenly! What should I do next? Strawberry-kiwi or peach or raspberry or well it shall remain a mystery. Stay tuned...
