More Pictures from Valentines class...

Some of you wondered what could we possibly be doing as an exercise class with the husbands... Just know that we all suckered them into going!  The girls came over to the house the day before for a playgroup and Casey came home and one of the girls asked if he would be joining us in the Valentines class... he had no desire to go, really, but all the girls chimed in, well my hubby is going and what fun for all of you men to pal around together.  Well, it worked!  We started introducing ourselves and then our husbands and we giggled and sweat from there.  The first station that we ran to, we were instructed to do high knees up to our partners arms... Well, Case is toooooooo tall and it was impossible, but it lended itself to humor amongst all of the group, hence the picture.  We did many things within the hour and taught the dads some of our favorite songs and exercises, so that was fun!  Lastly, we came back for abs and stretching which got a little intimate as you can tell.  The couples had to engage their muscles but some decided to engage their lips... haha!  The kids thought it was fun to have the dads there and we did too!  Some of the stations they all corralled together and laughed and grunted~they didn't expect to work out as hard as they were!  Ha!  Anyway, thanks to our friend who remained behind the camera (due to being on the verge of labor) we have these funny pictures.  Thanks Christina!  Our dear friends Linda and Craig our the smooching couple pictured at the bottom.

New Breakfast on the Menu...

Denny's has come up with a new breakfast in honor of the mother
of the octuplets called the Octo-slam.

It is 14 eggs with no sausage, and the guy at the next table pays the bill.

Today was a fun day!

Sometimes we don't make it out to the park, so, we improvise!  We take all our toys outside and get really dirty!  Today, T went out fully dressed as a Cowboy.  Of course, the clothes are rugged so not only does he look good but he can get dirty and it doesn't matter!  The best part about the outfit is that he Loves his boots because they go clip-ity clack, clip-ity clack.  This is what he insists on wearing, but I love it because he can literally wear himself out just walking around our house and up the stairs listening to his boots clack everywhere he goes.  I imagine that you will see this in a post sooner or later, but T likes to collect rocks.  Right now, we normally stick them in T's pocket or he will hand them to me and I end up throwing them back, but maybe next time we will go around the block and fill the shopping cart with random rocks.  It makes for a great adventure these things we do... you know!  It doesn't take much!  Anyway, we colored the sidewalk with chalk today too, but it gets everywhere!  I know T is not a baby anymore, but you might think so every time he sticks the chalk in his mouth... okay, so not that often, but makes you wonder how long with the kid put things in his mouth?  (Not meant to be answered!)  Anyway, included the back shot so you could see his cute wrangler jeans!  His big belly hangs over slightly and it is so cute!  He looks totally out of place here in sunny San Diego, but we love it so...

Fun at Fiona's birthday party~

We had a great day yesterday at Fiona's birthday party.  She is pictured with T in the box.  She is the one to the far left.  Anyway, we don't get to see her very often anymore and so it was good to celebrate with her on her first birthday!  T loved that there were so many girls but his good guy buddies were fun to dance with too!  T got to wear a birthday hat and played with some miniature pots and pans which he wouldn't put down.  He played with his girlfriend L. and they took turns going up and down the slide in the back kids area!  I included the last picture of T because it shows how his feet turn in.  There is no missing it in this pic.  We didn't have them turned backwards for this party.

Happy Valentines!

We just wanted to say Happy Valentines Day to everyone!  We went for a family workout with some of the Stroller Strides girls.  We all opted to bring our spouses since they know eachother and it would be a fun and funny class!  It was great!  Beautiful weather, kids were in great moods until the end, there were brownies and fruit and a great instructor!  We had a ball!  Hope you all are having a Great Valentines!

Cosco adventure!

I guess this is the time to encourage the affection, huh?!  We were thinking about if they were teenagers and how crazy this whole affair would be.  Would we still encourage them to kiss, hug and hold hands for pictures?  Probably not!  But now we just love how they have bonded and how wonderfully they entertain eachother for our sakes!  I can't say it would be the same if they had been twins.  Anyway, we are gearing up for the long anticipated arrival of L's new sister so we got our car loaded in case we have to take L while her parents are in the hospital.  It was a fun day!  We went to Cosco, which was rather exciting considering we could feed them every so often at all those food booths.   It was a cold and rainy day so it was a great way to get out without getting wet!  If you didn't see the news on San Diego weather, it was pretty cold and windy with loads of rain.  Some homes and cars were crushed by fallen trees and we just were turned around here in lovely (normally sunny) San Diego.

Pa-Pa comes to town...

We love when Pa-Pa comes to town because we get to show off all of our new tricks!  Here T is excited to show Pa-Pa that he likes to get into EVERYTHING on the table!  Is he really into the Tabasco sauce, hmm, no, thank goodness, just bottles of every type!  The face is pure excitement at the camera... T has become a ham and makes this same look for all pictures!
Love you Pa-Pa, thanks for the picture!

Funny!

So I found this picture and just had to laugh because, T always... I mean always was large... but here it looks like his bottom was bigger than his head!  My goodness!  I think it is still rather large and I still laugh, but now days, his legs are longer and thank goodness, his head fits his body!  I just thought this was a cute pic!  Funny!

Lover's Stroll!

It has been a while since I last posted, sorry, we have been sick, sick and more sick around here!  Now that we are done being sick, I shall resume the updates and such.  We are still getting video of T with his girlfriend and I have several to load, so here is one of many to come.  Hope you like!
