Our new garden before the snow hit...

This is our lasagna garden.  We won't plant in it until later right now it will cook.  We are going to cover it with a black tarp so that it bakes or like I said before, cooks.  We also got a compost tumbler and are so excited to make our own compost soil for the garden.  Taylor helped with this and it has also been such a wonderful activity for the whole family.  It isn't easy work.  It sure is fun though getting dirty together.
