Some of you wondered what could we possibly be doing as an exercise class with the husbands... Just know that we all suckered them into going! The girls came over to the house the day before for a playgroup and Casey came home and one of the girls asked if he would be joining us in the Valentines class... he had no desire to go, really, but all the girls chimed in, well my hubby is going and what fun for all of you men to pal around together. Well, it worked! We started introducing ourselves and then our husbands and we giggled and sweat from there. The first station that we ran to, we were instructed to do high knees up to our partners arms... Well, Case is toooooooo tall and it was impossible, but it lended itself to humor amongst all of the group, hence the picture. We did many things within the hour and taught the dads some of our favorite songs and exercises, so that was fun! Lastly, we came back for abs and stretching which got a little intimate as you can tell. The couples had to engage their muscles but some decided to engage their lips... haha! The kids thought it was fun to have the dads there and we did too! Some of the stations they all corralled together and laughed and grunted~they didn't expect to work out as hard as they were! Ha! Anyway, thanks to our friend who remained behind the camera (due to being on the verge of labor) we have these funny pictures. Thanks Christina! I am so glad that everyone had so much fun!! It was really fun for me to teach. I am so happy that Christina took these pictures.
