Mom who used pressure washer on child was trying to 'calm' her

I think this is so horrible! I heard about this and couldn't believe it! They mentioned it on the news as I was coming home from a day with our Mommy Friends. I watched the video and didn't know until I read the article that the mother was also pregnant and acting this way!!! Poor children! This is a definate crime, in my opinion.
