Here is the latest on Casey... This is a great picture and it actually looks to me like Casey is holding his breath... Anyway, Casey competed Sunday, at an invitation only meet (WOW!). He received a Gold medal in the 200 meter sprint, and received a Silver medal in both the 100 meter sprint and the Long Jump. This year, unlike last, it was BBQ weather and so the conditions were somewhat favorable. Last year it rained and was just plain miserable. Bravo to Casey and keep up the good work! Just thought you all wanted to see this!
